The ideal package for those who are looking for education prenatally, but do not require doula care during their birth.
A two hour in your home or zoom meeting to discuss hopes, anxieties, birth plans, and dreams for your birth.
Review common procedures that may occur in childbirth and risks vs benefits of each procedure.
Discuss and demonstrate tools for comfort, positioning, breath work, and self advocation.
Create a birth preference plan for you to give to your care provider.

Sibling Support
Free 30 minute consultation.
The ideal package if you are hoping for your child(ren) to attend your birth, but do not have support set in place.
Two prenatal visits in your home or via zoom. The first visit will be to get to know the family and answer any questions for the child(ren). The second visit will be to discuss what physiological birth looks like, address any questions or anxieties of the child(ren), and establish how you envision your child(ren)’s participation in your birthing time.
On-call from 38 weeks on.
My presence during your birthing time as soon as you want me there and for the first one to two hours postpartum as your family settles into the new routine and gets to know baby.
One postpartum visit to review the birth with the child(ren) and aid in the siblings bonding with one another as well as answering any questions you might have.

The ideal package for parents who want doula support during their pregnancy and birthing time as well as their immediate postpartum.
As soon as you hire me as your birth doula you have full access to me 24/7 via text or phone call.
On call from 38 weeks on.
Two prenatal visits in your home or via zoom. We will discuss goals and birth preferences. I will demonstrate and discuss different positions for labor and childbirth. And we will talk about common proceedures that may occure in childbirth and risks vs benefits.
Envision Birth Package (200$ value)
Access to a backup doula in the unlikely case that I am unable to attend your birth.
Access to my lending library of books about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
My presence during your birthing time as soon as you want me there and for the first one to two hours postpartum to help with establishing breastfeeding and with any other immediate postpartum needs.
One postpartum visit to review the birth, check in with how you are feeling emotionally and physically, provide resources and any support you may need.

One postpartum visit to review the birth, check-in with how you are feeling emotionally and physically, provide resources and any support you may need.

Ideal package for those who want professional care and support for any questions they may have before and after birth, but don’t feel they need a support person physically present.
Unlimited text support during your pregnancy and during your first week postpartum.
Must book at least 30 minutes, then pay 25$/15 minutes for anytime after that.
