Meet Your Doula

Hi, I'm Jadyn!

Birth & Postpartum Doula serving Utah County & beyond

Hi, I’m Jadyn! I’m a wife and mom to two little girls who keep life wonderfully busy. My journey into birth work began after becoming a mother myself and experiencing firsthand how much compassionate, knowledgeable support can shape the way someone remembers their birth and postpartum experience. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and those tender first weeks with a new baby.

As both a birth and postpartum doula, I believe you are the expert on your own body, your baby, and your family. My role isn’t to make decisions for you, but to provide evidence-based information, unwavering support, and a calm presence so you can make informed choices that feel right for you. Whether I’m helping you navigate labor, supporting your partner, or caring for your family after baby arrives, my goal is always the same: to help you feel seen, heard, and confident as you transition into parenthood.

In addition to my doula training, I’m also a certified herbalist with a focus on maternal wellness. I love incorporating holistic tools alongside evidence-based care to support families throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum when appropriate.

When I’m not supporting growing families, you’ll usually find me chasing after my two girls, sewing something new, spending time with my family, reading, or enjoying a quiet evening at home. I also have a soft spot for animals, a good cup of coffee, and conversations about all things birth. It is truly an honor to walk alongside families during one of the most meaningful seasons of their lives, and I’d love the opportunity to be part of your story!

Placenta Encapsulation

A More Healing Postpartum With Placenta Encapsulation

Placenta encapsulation is one of the most requested postpartum services we offer to Utah and Salt Lake County families, and for good reason.

Prepared using safe, careful protocols, your placenta is dehydrated and encapsulated into easy-to-take capsules that many parents use to help support mood, energy, and milk supply in the weeks after birth.

Capsules are typically ready within a day or two of birth, with clear guidance on dosage so you can start supporting your postpartum recovery right away.
